OKX Withdrawal Pending or Completed but Bank Money Has Not Arrived?

Is your OKX withdrawal pending, completed, or missing from your bank? Separate cash withdrawals from crypto transfers, then use this status-first checklist to find the next safe action.

If an OKX withdrawal has not reached your bank, first identify what you actually withdrew. A cash withdrawal to a bank account and an on-chain crypto withdrawal have different statuses, timeframes and support paths. The same word—"withdrawal"—can hide two different problems.

1. Confirm whether this is cash or crypto

For a cash withdrawal, open the withdrawal page and check the currency, payment method and receiving bank account. OKX says available currencies and methods depend on your region and account, and the available options are shown inside the cash-withdrawal flow. If the bank method is not listed, do not assume that a workaround will work.

For an on-chain withdrawal, the destination is a wallet or another exchange. You need the asset, network, address and—when required—memo or tag to match the receiving platform. A crypto withdrawal marked as sent is not the same as a bank transfer.

2. Read the exact status

A cash withdrawal may be waiting for review, bank processing or the receiving bank. An on-chain withdrawal normally moves through platform processing before a transaction is broadcast. OKX’s official guidance distinguishes stages such as Withdrawal Request, Pending, Processing and Transferred Out. A pending or processing status means the transfer may not have left the platform yet; do not send a second withdrawal just because the first one is slow.

If the status is completed or transferred out for a crypto withdrawal, find the transaction hash. A completed platform status generally means the asset has left the exchange; the receiving wallet or exchange must then credit it after its own confirmation requirements.

3. Check the five details that cause most delays

  1. Region and method eligibility: cash withdrawal methods can change by jurisdiction and account verification level.
  2. Account ownership: the receiving bank account may need to match the verified account name.
  3. Preview details: review the displayed fee, net amount, limits and estimated processing time before submitting.
  4. Transaction hash: for crypto, no TXID usually means the transaction has not been broadcast; a TXID means you can inspect the chain.
  5. Destination requirements: verify the address, network, memo/tag and the receiving platform’s minimum credit amount.

4. When to contact support

Contact OKX through the official Help Center if a cash transfer has exceeded the estimate shown in your account, a bank rejected or reversed the transfer, or an on-chain withdrawal remains pending beyond the platform’s stated guidance. Include the order ID or TXID, asset and network, timestamp, amount and receiving platform. Never share a password, one-time code, private key or API secret.

Do not trust a person who contacts you privately and asks for a recovery fee. Use the official OKX domain and open the support case from your own account.

Bottom line

Start with the route, then the status, then the evidence. A pending cash withdrawal needs a bank-method and account check; a completed crypto withdrawal needs a TXID and receiving-platform confirmation. This separation prevents duplicate withdrawals and sends you to the right support team.
